Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes — you can pause for up to 4 weeks per year, or cancel anytime with 7 days notice. No lock-in contracts.
When is my box delivered?
Boxes are delivered every Tuesday and Friday morning before 9am. You can choose your preferred delivery day.
Can I customise what's in my box?
Baker's Box and Artisan members can customise their box contents. Loaf members receive our curated weekly selection.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to Sandton, Rosebank, Morningside, Illovo, Parktown North, and surrounds. Contact us to check your area.
Is there a joining fee?
No joining fee. Your first box is delivered within 3 business days of signing up.
